The Provider guarantees compliance with the obligations set forth in personal data protection regulations, as well as the implementation of the security measures established in Article 9 of Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, approving the implementing regulations of the LOPD.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly established herein.
In cases where the applicable regulations allow the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, the Provider and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals.
